I't's on the left hand side above the brake pedal. Most often, Nissan uses the turn signal and hazzard flashers as one unit.

4 way flashers work but turn signals do not on 2002 Pontiac sunfire already checked fuse and the relay in fuse box and when I put left blinker on left headlight went out

Turn signal switch is probably the problem ,but without testing that is just a guess. Do know i replaced a few on grand am's . What relay ???? There is no relay in the fuse box for the turn signals . Your vehicle has turn / hazard flasher module .
Turn Signal Lamps
The TURN-B/U fuse and the STOP/HAZ fuse in the IP fuse block, supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the flasher module's output to the turn signal switch assembly. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.
Located under the driver side of the dash above the brake pedal ,on a metal bracket .

I have 2000 Kia spectra. It shut off while ideling. I have changed the fuel pump and checked fuses/relays. We used a insulated wire and ran it from the battery to the fuel pump relay fuse socket in the...

You need to troubleshoot the relay and terminals. First try a different relay. Another relay in your car may be same part number relay as you pump relay, so check for that. Swap in a known good relay and try it.
If no help, look at relay. Is it 4 terminal or 5 terminal? If 4 terminal, easier to check. One terminal will be your power source, and hot at all times, so check for that-use your jumper wire (if no testlight or voltmeter), stick end in terminal and just touch metal, looking for spark indicating power. If no terminal has power, maybe only hot with key on, so turn key on and check for power. If no power, the feed from battery to fuse block is lost. If you have one power source, another terminal will be to the pump, the one you turned pump on with. Terminals 3 and 4 will be the signaling source to turn relay on through coil side of relay, and a terminal to ground, also on the coil side of relay. If you have constant power on one terminal, check for the signaling power. When the car is cranking over, the signal terminal should be hot-the signal will be coming from engine computer. So when cranking, relay socket should have two hot terminals. If you don't have two, you're right, relay is not getting correct power to the fuse block. BTW, don't use jumper wire to check for signaling source, use a testlight. Don't want to cause spark from computer wire.
What is EGI? Not familiar with that.

1988 honda accord turn signal

There are two fuse boxes--one under the dash by the left foot rest, and one under the hood on the left side to the rear of the battery. The former has most of the interior circuits, the latter has the headlights and other high-drain equipment. Each should have a diagram on the cover. Unfortunately, the diagrams are incomplete, or else there are fuses hidden somewhere else, too if it isnt the fuse the check the relay and if the is voltage goin to it they are cheap if you have any question contact me rate my solution
