What motor? Fuse is located in a different place on the 4cyl. vs. the V6. The four cylinder fuse is in the fuse box under the dash. The V6 engine the fuse is in a in line fuse holder next to the fuel pump relay under the hood, diverside rear at the firewall, there may be a plastic cover on the relay and fuse.

Check the fuse first, each power window has it own circuit as they draw a lot of power. You owners manual will have a fuse chart and where they are. If the fuse is OK, try and pry out the switch, or in some Pontiac's they come out with part of the panel. Check to see if the wires are connected or that they are not damaged. If they are OK, get a switch from another window and hook it up to the bad one. If this works then you need a new window switch.

That big coil spring is part of the window regulator, that spring help's the window motor raise the window, the regulator will also have to be replace, that spring goes at the pivit point on the regulator, where the gear part of the window motor bolt's to.

Fuse box! Start there and check that the fuse is good.

The turn signal flasher is located under dash panel, right side of steering column.


The fuse panel is located on the left side of the instrument panel. To gain access to the panel, pivot access door downward.
The hazard flasher is located under dash panel, left side of steering column.
The turn signal flasher is located under dash panel, right side of steering column.

Check the fuse, and the flaser relay (usually located on the fuse block)
