Front Load Frigidaire Won't Spin Out

Replaced control board (it gave me an E43 code, so I thought that was the problem), but it still won't spin. I can make it spin out manually (using the troubleshooting codes) - but it won't do it on it's own. It drains fine, I even drained it into a bucket just to make sure. Tumbles the load fine. ANY help appreciated!

I forgot to mention this is a LTF2140ES3.

Still having rhe same problem (ugggh). I have replaced the motor control board - that did not fix it. I then put the original back in and replaced the control board (the brain behind the knobs) - THAT didn't work either. Checked the pressure switch - seems to be working fine. I hear it click and shut off the water when it is supposed to, drains when it is supposed to, tumbles when it is supposed to, it just doesn't enter the high-speed spin mode. It WILL spin out (high speed) when I tell it to in the toubleshooting mode. Any oter possibilities?

I had the same problem listed above on my LTF2140ES3...the machine did everything but do a final spin. In diagnostics I could do the final spin and the machine kicked out an E43 which is the control board error.

Following the advice here I changed the door latch first and the problem went away and the unit runs as it should.

You'll get "experts" who say that the unit would not spin at all if the door latch was bad. I can tell you first hand that they are wrong. Again the unit did all the normal tumbling but didn't do the high speed final spin. Again, replacing the door latch fixed the problem. The door latch is part number 131763245 (AP3886713)

I have a frigidaire front load washer that gave me a error 47 code. what can that be.

The circuit thinks the unit is in spin cycle - Remove the door lock assembly and measure the resistance of the PTC. Shorted or open, defective door lock assembly. Reads around 1500 ohms, defective Main Control Board.

Have you pulled the pump and checked for obstructions? There may be something in the pump itself; you will need to check that...

If your problem can't solve, keep in mind that the error codes means physical wrongs, so, E43 is a door-locking problem or "board comunication problems".

I hope this helps.

Won´t spin at all in any cycle

Goto http://www.frigidaire.com/manuals and download the model wiring diagram. It will explain how to view and interpret additional error codes. I have the exact same issue with my machine (will not spin). The error code #E47 indicates that the machine thinks the door is open and will not engage spin. Fixes: new door switch ($85) or new control board ($285).

Frigidaire front load washer won't final spin

THERE ARE A COUPLE OF CONDITIONS THAT WILL PREVENT THIS UNIT FROM SPINNING :NOT COMPLETELY DRAIN AND FAULTY DOOR LOCK AS SY.
FIRST REMOVE ELBOW ADAPTER HOSE FROM TUB TO PUMP AND MAKE SURE IS COMPLETELY CLEAN ,HOSE STRAINER THEN CHECK IMPELLER @ DRAIN PUMP NOT TO BE BROOKED , DEFORMED .DIRTY OR LOOSE IF IS LIKE THIS REPLACE PUMP IF NOT PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER ,MAKING SURE THE STRAINER IS ALL WAY DOWN (IF IT HAS ONE) IF NOT IT WILL GET LOOSE AND DAMAGE YOUR OUTHER TUB ,THEN THIS IS IT .
THEN CHECK PRESSURE SW HOSE FOR LEAKS AND BLOW SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY TO CHECK PRESSURE SW .IF CHECKS OK THEN REPLACE DOOR SW ASSY AND RUN ONE IM VERY SURE THIS WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR SITUATION ;NOW GET ON YOUR KNEES , GET DIRTY AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!
