C1 led post code

Hello, I just bought the ECS PN2-SLI2+ Motherboard and when I boot the computer, nothing appears on my screen, just a beep every 5 seconds with the code C1 on the LED POST Codes. The fans are working, my DVD burner opens but that's it. I have no idea what to do and the manual doens't have any kind of troubleshoot.
Please Help.

Motherboard purchased new. Not booting into BIOS. 3rd board tried. Battery changed. Memory is DDR PC2700 512mb. Onboard graphics adapter. Intel Celeron 1.8GHZ processor.
I am a networking/ XP support/Cisco engineer, but i have not built a computer before.
Any ideas of why not BIOS response

CES GF 7050 can't boot

Hello here is the homepage:

I think your harddrive is failing.
Try to borrow a harddrive from a friend, just to find out of the mainboard is failing.

The power supply, could have a fault, try to renew that.
But one of the ram modules, could also have a fault.
Try to boot with only one module.

Look aslo at this page here:

Hello here is the homepage:

Here is a check guide:

Most problem is a faulty power supply, or a fault in ram or mainboard or the graphic card failing.

Check the monitor on another pc, and also the cable connection.

C1 led post code

Its a problem with you RAM..I guess you are using two rams of different frequencies...This leads to a mismatch and continuous beeping..If you have only one RAM make sure it is seated properly..
Report to what happened..

My pc still won't boot up

The beeps are beep codes. Were they short or long? Also do you know who makes your BIOS?
