How to set time zone on wa-1070t ?

Setting The Time, The First Time IMPORTANT: The first time you connect your new SmartSet clock radio to the AC outlet the internal computer will automatically set the time correctly for the Eastern Time Zone, which is the initial default setting. see if you have country (australia and the look for capital city Perth if you have click on that and the time zone is automatically adjusted

look very carefully at the positive end of the battery connections in the outdoor transmitter

One of the two batteries were not making a connection

I had to cut out a small piece of plastic that interfered with battery alignment

As soon as batteries are installed in remote transmitter you will see a red LED flash a few times

After I made this correction everything worked

The change from 24 hour to 12 hour display is semi hidden. I found the instructions and followed the set up, this change follows the settings for minutes in the sequence, so right after you set minutes on the clock push up or down and that will change the 24 hour clock.
