Question about LG VENUS Cellular Phone
My friend gave me there Venus that they werent using. She said she hasnt used it since December and we went to turn it on and the Verizon Wireless logo pops up and stays on or flashes on and off. We tried charging it but it continues to do the same thing. Would me purchasing a new battery help or is the phone completely dead??
The battery may be completely dead, as it was off for so long, and the phone is already old...
however, if a new battery does not work, then have the store associate attempt a software flash on the phone

Try taking it to a Verizon Wireless store for troubleshooting. This problem appears to be more than just the battery, as fully charging it did not help.
