You will need to remove the drum and reset the alignment.
The cloth is struck and has jammed on the drum movement.

I have a broken bra wire stuck behind drum of LG turbo drum washing machine, how do I get the drum out??

You don't say if it's a front or top loader. I managed to get one out with a strong magnet inside the drum just moving it about until it appeared near one of the holes in the drum without taking the machine apart. But it was a front loader and is probably easier than a top loader.

The drum is not going round and just before it stuck there was a sound of clanging inside the machine

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry but you do not say which make and model, just that it is a front loader. If the drum is jammed, there must be something stuck inside which may mean a call-out.
If the drum will move round by hand it could be that the belt has snapped or the motor is malfunctioning.
Hoping for the latter I am answering with my general guidance notes ;-0)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
REMOVE POWER FROM THE MACHINE AND REMOVE THE BACK.

The motor support bolts should be loosened and the old belt removed if it has not snapped already. Often putting the new belt on is a bit of a struggle, even with the motor 'loose', because it is new and smaller!
Once on it should be tensioned by pulling the motor against the belt firmly- but not over tight- and the motor support bolts tightened.
ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD ANY FORM OF LEVERAGE BE USED TO TENSION THE BELT. THAT COULD LEAD TO DAMAGE TO THE BELT, MOTOR AND BEARINGS- EXPENSIVE!
If it turns out to be the motor, it is false economy to just have the brushes changed. Experience of others is that the brushes may only last months unless, that is, the motor is totally refurbished.
Hope this is your problem solved.
Good luck,
John C

Front loader washing machine - noisy spin cycle

A service engineer told me he thought there was a piece of wire caught behind drum and to see if it worked its way out. It hasn't because I don't think he's right. On spin the noise is sometimes so loud it sounds like the bearings have gone. Today I removed the fluff filter and discovered what appears to be shreaded grey plastic. If I can get a copy of the machine spec I might be able to discover where this has come from. Sorry this is not a solution. But as your symptoms are so similar check your filter and see if its full of shreaded plastic.
