On the back on this model, you will notice a REAR OUT Connection. A powered subwoofer can be directly connected or amp can be connected to this to connect your SUBWOOFER

Depends on the type of sound system. Some require you to hook up to the subwoofer then the subwoofer to the sound system, others are just a direct line in to the sound system (in which case simply un hook the sub woofer. If it requires hook ups to the woofer, see if you can turn the volume down on the woofer directly.
For powered sub :If your receiver has a sub woofer output on female RCA plug, that is the way to go. If no output you will have to get a speaker line to line output converter to then connect to your subwoofer amp input.
Unpowered sub - just hook up across the speaker terminals for each channel making sure that you hook it up in phase.
Yes, you can connect another subwoofer too along with this unit, hook RCA pin in this subwoofer coming from amplifier sub out and there is RA jack line-out, anothersubwoofer can be plugged there. It is mentioned in user manual page-7 and previous expert gave you user manual link to download a copy. Thanks.
what r you hooking it to is #1 rca wires r the way to go when hooking up a subwoofer up .some subwoofers have 2 rcas on them one input and one output the in put is mono if what your going to hook it to has rcas on it then the left one is a mono output but if its an audio system then it mit have a subwoofer output on it
Hooking up a subwoofer is dependent upon what hookups are availble on the receiver and subwoofer. Does your receiver have a specific subwoofer output? If so, is it set of speaker-wire terminals, or is it an RCA jack? The Wharfedale can accomodate either one of these as an input. There are four speaker posts on the back of the subwoofer, and there is a single RCA jack input.
There are not RCA Hookups on any Raw Subwoofer. An amplifier takes an RCA input signal (DC) and turns it into AC to the speaker.
This is a raw driver. It has wire push terminals just like any other driver (speaker).

Thats an installation error. I'm almost 100% sure whoever hooked up your amplifier hooked the amp turn on to your power antenna wire. If there is no amp turn on wire, the accessory wire will do.
