Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
OK WELL WHEN I PLUG IN MY MP3 IT STARTS CHARGING AND STUFF BUT WHEN EVER I LOOK FOR IT IN MY COMPUTER I CANT FIND IT SO THERE IS NO WAY OF PUTTING NEW SONGS ON IT SO WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT ASSESSABLE TO NEW MUSIC?
Here is a link for the online version of your manual
This is a useful source of info.
Had a quick read through, if your mp3 came with a cd you should install the software on it then try connecting your mp3 player.
In addition to this make sure you have windows media player 10 or above installed on your pc rry both those and should sort your problem
