Running a DAP 1353 in Repeater mode. The issue is a lack of signal strength increase. Between my wireless modem DIR 615 and the DAP 1353 are 2 x single brick walls. Between the DAP 1353 and the client PC is 1 single brick wall. Signal strength on the client PC for BOTH is the same and about ~20%. Would have expect a major increase in signal

Have a wbr 1310 router and I am trying to hook it up to a pair of new computers. They run Windows Vista. Yesterday when I turned on the desktop (Windows XP) it looked funny almost like it was brand new partly from the box. When I put router disc in it opens but doesn't display as open on task bar. Help

I have a D-Link WBR-1310 and with all wirelessly connected devices, the internet will stop being ported through at seemingly random time intervals (but the connection to the router will remain strong and seemingly show no problems). It's as if the router stops allowing the requests to and from the DSL router from occuring. The current solution is to turn off and on our laptops to reconnect to the router (thus refreshing the DHCP IP for each computer?) only to have the same thing occur later down the line. This issue does not occur for the only computer connected via ethernet cable. Also, when trying to find our geographical location via the router/internet, it shows us as being almost 100 miles away, near where I first used the router before moving to my current location. For a while, the router also thought it was some date in April 2002, until I synced the date to my computer. I had tried syncing it to the dlink server but it looked to bring it back to April 2002 again. I had thought this fixed the problem, but it just reappeared again.
