I have a D200 and
I have a D200 and formated a new card and it says its formated but CHR comes up where the number of shots are and won't let me take any pictures. The card I took out worked perviously and now it won't HELP

This is a card read error, can you see if any of the pins in the cameras CF port are bent or broken? It they are you could try your own fix. Putting the card in slowly sometimes helps.
