MDVD-6838 and Panasonic Plasma TV incompatibilty

MY MDVD 6838, when connected to a high definition plasma TV (Panasonic TH50PX60U), only gave rolling and snowy pictures with no sound. It worked fine when connected to regular TV. What can I do to have it played correctly on Panasonic?

me and several of my friends bought this MDVD from china and had similar problems. We could not get much help from the tech support. I heard that there is a U.S. version for MDVD-6838, but I have not tried it. If any one has better luck with the U.S. version, please let us know.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

How to get 5.1 sound from plasma tv to home theater system?

You just need to connect an Audio Out port on the back of your TV to an Audio In port on the back of your JVC box. See what connections you have, I'm sure there are lots of options for you such as HDMI or just normal 2-cord audio cables.
