I need to know belt sizes

Best way is to buy a new belt as a spare part for your machine or a belt manufacturer might have a listing for your machine in an application catalogue.
Failing these options you will need to measure the old belt or around the pulleys in order to determine the size you need.

Suppliers of belts have a device to measure belts and so a worn belt can still have a valid measurement the belt is turned inside-out first.

If you have to measure around the pulleys don't forget to move the belt adjuster almost back to the starting point first and then measure around the root of the pulleys using none-stretch string or flexible wire and then measure around the top of the pulleys with a flat tape measure.
The approximate length of the belt you need will be half way between the two measurements. Finding the right cross section is more difficult as there is about 20 different types of vee belt sections and multiple other types available though a much smaller selection in common usage for small machines. Your local belt supplier will have a device which will identify which section you need from your old belt or from one of the pulleys or you can download a chart and measure a pulley yourself.

Noisy fan belt

with a noisy belt its caused by a worn belt, belt not tight enough,a pulley in poor condition or grease/oil on the belt.check the condition of the belt, make sure the belt is tight enough.if it has an auto belt tensioner it may not be any good and need replacing.if the noisy belt doesn`t use an auto tensioner then the belt will need tightening.if its grease/oil then the belt will need to be replaced and the pulley`s cleaned off.

My serpentine belt went how do i change the belt do i need a special tool

Identify which belts need to be replaced. If you are replacing the air conditioner belt, you may need to remove the alternator belt because of the way the belts are shared on the crankshaft pulley. As a result, some mechanics recommend replacing both belts together.
  • Step 2 Loosen the lock bolt for the belt you are replacing using owner's documentation. The lock bolt will be near the belt tensioner component.
  • Step 3 Turn the adjustment bolt to change tension on the belt. When the belt is loose enough, slip it off.
  • Step 4 Use your memory or a belt routing diagram to install the new belt on all pulleys.
  • Step 5 Adjust the adjustment bolt to replace tension on the belt. Tighten the lock bolt.
  • Step 6 Make sure the belt is correctly seated on all pulleys and that the ribs fit into grooves on the pulleys.
  • Step 7 Run the engine and check for any flapping or looseness that could indicate incorrect installation.
  • This was copied from the service manual.

I need to change the timing belt . i have a 2003 hyundai sante fe and the belts are squealling

If your belts are squealing it is the drive belt/belts that need attention not the timing belt. You need to check your belt tension and condition and replace as needed. If a timing belt ever got to the point that it might squeal the car would not run because it would be too far out of time. Your belts will all be external whereas at timing belt is internal and a major part of the engine.
