My phone is not recongnizing that my SD card is inserted.

i have a notification that says preparind sd car, checking for errors. none of my options for sd card in my settings are able to be selected. its as if though i dont have an sd card inserted. its not being recongnized

try reformatting the sd by getting a micro sd card converter and hooking it up to your comp.if this doesn't work then try a different sd card.if that one doesn't work then there is a problem with the phone.if you got any more qeustions email me at gamecrazy944@yahoo.com

i had this problem in august 2009. sim card slot stopped working and i had to get an replacement phone thanks to insurance i put on it. the customer service rep even tried to do a master reset but that didnt work...replace the phone, good luck
