Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
It sounds like the battery is completely dead or there is a software problem that makes it turn off.before you get a new battery try formatting it.to do this just plug it up to your computer and right click the name of the mp3 player in my computer and look for the word format. (make sure you get all of the stuff you want for it will be erased)once a window opens up click format okay.if that doesn't work then it might be the battery wich is that expensive and easy to install.any more qeustion feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
