Problem for Philips TV Tuner Video Capture PCI Card - Phillips Digital...

Menu won't go off

I tried the volume controls to clear menu off screen and as long as I held the buttons in the picture was on the screen and as soon as I let go of the volume buttons the menu screen came back on. I do not spray the screen with anything but wipe it off with a damp rag. Any more suggestions on how to get menu screen off my Phillips 42 in. tv???
