Problem for GE Advantium SCA1001SS 900 Watts Convection / Microwave...

Preheated oven with glass dish...tried to bake..now no power

Preheated oven to 450 degrees with glass dish in it. Put in another glass dish with scallop potatoes to cook for 20 minutes. Noticed no lights/numbers/anything on front of microwave. Have power to unit.....have let it cool down.....did I "blow it up"? Is it dead?

they have a fuse that blows if the cavity gets to hot looks like a small thermostat

this is my second time the handle broke. it seems to me this is a defect that ge should fix.
