If its not booting at all then you should understand that it may be because of any of these reasons :

- Faulty mother-board or any module of it. You will need to replair it by any technician & its a difficult & costly task.
- Another reason is due to damaged RAM and its most probable also. In that case you can just simply replace your RAM with a new one and its not so costly also.A better RAM will enhance your system's performance too.
