My Canon MX310 has worked great with Windows XP for a year. My old computer died and I got a new one with Vista installed. I downloaded the driver adn now the thing won't scan. The scan option doesn't even come up in the SOlutions menue. Where did I go wrong?

Did you download the the software pack, or just the printer driver? In addition to the printer driver you need the scanning software.

Try downloading the drivers and all the other vista softwares for it.
