My LG Extravert froze so I took the battery out for a while and now everytime I try to turn it on, it just freezes on the LG screen. How can I fix that?

well, you could try to turn it off for a night and then you could see if it works or you could go to the sprint store and ask them and they will give you a new phone if there is not any damage

I'm on my 2nd rumour 2. Both now the camera has froze the phone where i have to take the battery out. Ive returned one, and now Im about to return the second one. Anyone else had this problem?

Mine started doing the same thing yesterday. In doing a bit of research I found on the LG support forums that the phone is probably fried. The good news is that it's covered under the 1 year manufacturers warrenty and can be returned to the sprint store, or your carrier and they will replace it on site. I've already talked to Sprint and they said as long as there's no water damage or other visable signs of shock that would have caused the damage that they'll provide me with a new phone. This was a huge relief to me, I loved this phone before it went batty and really can't afford a new one.

charge ur mobile fully and switch it on. it will take a long time to load. take patience and wait for and hour or two. then when u gain access to the memory, remember what was the last application or file u used. if that it was big or untrustworthy delete it.

Ugh. The same exact thing happened to mine. I am so incredibly angry and frustrated! I heard that trying a new battery might work... I tried my sister's battery, since she has the same phone, and it was no go for me, but you ought to give it a try if you can... I did everything I could to try and fix it, but it won't do anything else!
