Question about Acer 91.63X07.001 Keyboard
Two of the keys r and u will not work. Looks like something sticky got underneath on the keys.
Quick question, if your keyboard is mounted into a laptop it is very difficult to repair and i would recommend calling warranty support. if its a regular keyboard (not a laptop one) it should be pretty cheap to replace.
if you want to try cleaning a regular usb keyboard (note: this may make the situation worse), disconnect the keyboard and very carefully remove the keys with some leverage from a screw driver and wipe the area down with a slightly damp cloth and wash the removed keys under hot running water. press them back on and give it a try, either its broken and you need to replace the keyboard or its fixed.
