Quick question, if your keyboard is mounted into a laptop it is very difficult to repair and i would recommend calling warranty support. if its a regular keyboard (not a laptop one) it should be pretty cheap to replace.

if you want to try cleaning a regular usb keyboard (note: this may make the situation worse), disconnect the keyboard and very carefully remove the keys with some leverage from a screw driver and wipe the area down with a slightly damp cloth and wash the removed keys under hot running water. press them back on and give it a try, either its broken and you need to replace the keyboard or its fixed.

How to remove keys from mk700 keyboard?

This works for most keyboards:

Take something sturdy and hard but not sharp, such as a butter knife. Insert it under the front of the key just a little way, don't force it. Pull upwards gently. The key should pop off. You can clean them with gentle dish soap and wait until they completely dry, then put them back on. If the key is still sticky, take it off again and use a cotton swap dipped in alcohol (not dripping--rub against the inside of the bottle so it's just moist) and gently swab the area underneath the key. I have cleaned numerous keyboards because I have kids who share my desk tops and kids are frequently sticky. :)

My mother has a toshiba satelite a200 series and i was wondering how to properly clean under the keys, and was wondering what to do about my 'g' letter and my 'left' key , the 'left' key doesn't work...

You can pry the keys off the keyboard by gently lifting with a fingernail, or you can use a compressed air canister and a specific "T" stick with cottoned ends which slides underneath the keys.
The LEFT key has probably some dirt in the central contact, and you'll have to remove the key and clean underneath. Same goes for the G key, which has something sticky underneath. You can remove almost all kinds of sticky dirt by washing the key with WD-40 lubricant and drying with a non-lint paper tissue.

Detailed key removal and reinstall instructions may be found e.g. on eBay looking for "spare key tops" or "spare keys".

Problems reguarding typing

I think you have a sticky + key. Try another keyboard. If this fixes the problem, The keyboard needs cleaning or is faulty. With care keys may be removed, and the junk underneath removed. Take care when reassembling as the keyboard as misplaced keys will confuse you,

If this does not work replace the keyboard.
