What browser are you using? Typically, when viewing a Netflix title, there should be a little full screen button on the bottom right corner that you can click on to take it full screen.
I've included the troubleshooting guide from Netflix below for full screen issues:
You should try pressing CMD + (Mac) / CTRL + (Windows). This should increase the font size in Firefox. There is also the option to zoom in, zoom out, and reset under "View" menu in the "Zoom" section in the Firefox menu.
It sounds like you need to set your default browser to Firefox. Follow the instructions in the link below and all the appropriate icons should switch to the Firefox logo.
If you are using the browser like IE, or Firefox, you can use the "Zoom in Zoom out" function to enlarge or minimise your page. Go to menu options -> View -> Zoom
Use Keyboard -> Hold Keys "Ctrl & press the + or - sign" to enlarge or minimise the page.
Reinstall or Repair your mozilla Firefox Browser using this Mozilla Firefox 3.6 installer, by clicking the link: http://www.mediafire.com/?tmwyjem2kqm .
(Mozilla Firefox Installation Guide:
1.Double click the Mozilla Firefox 3.6 installater icon.
2.click "run" button.
3.click "next" button.
4.Mozilla Firefox will automatically create a shortcut browser icon for the application software.));
If you deleted your netflix.com cookie, when you go back to netflix, they should reissue you another cookie. Depending on how you have your browser set up, it may come through automatically or request your permission. All the cookie really does is store some information to make it an easier access to Netflix when you go back to their page.
