Electronic sensor valve with four prong handle

I am the maintenance person at the YMCA in Suffolk VA. We have a water spray park with a3000 gal. under ground tank with the levolor K1100 filling system. I do not have the operator's manual. So, I am not sure the sensor is operating correctly. How can I be sure.? There is also a small swivel stop **** on the side of the sensor. What position should it be in UP or down?

If the system is operating correctly you should see a yellow sensor light when the water is low and a green filling light when the water is filling. If the filling light is red or flashing the system has timed out. Turn it off, then on again to reset the time limit.

Air leak coming form the pressure switch

Air leaking from the pressure switch indicates that the in-tank check valve is leaking. Follow the air discharge hose from the compressor to the tank. The brass valve at the tank is the check valve. With air in the tank remove the inlet hose from the checkvalve and spray soapy water on valve to check for leaks. If leaking, remove the valve and check for debris under seat or replace. If the check valve is not leaking then pressue switch is leaking from within switch(spray soapy water below switch) . Good luck

Your power vent water heater with electronic gas control went under water.

I suspect the gas control valve is bad, and possibly the ECO and FVIR sensors shorted.
Repairs might require replacing gas control, eco, fvir, igniter, and then clean burner and combustion parts.

I have an Atwood electronic ignition 6 gal. water heater. When I flip the switch to light, I can hear the ignitor sparking but there is no ignition. How can I isolate the problem?

Use a multimeter or test light for 12volt DC, and check at gas valve for 12 volts when it is trying to ignite (you here/see it sparking ). If no 12 volts to there, it will not ignite because no gas is flowing through valve. Try removing the connectors on the circuit board/module ( with switch in off position ) and cleaning the board contacts with a pencil eraser, and spray WD-40, or preferably an electrical spray/contact spray on connector contacts and retry. Board, or module may be located outside , or inside on top of tank, depending on what year and set-up. If that doesn't work, there is a small cut-out enclosed in plastic sleeve right near pressure relief valve area, that looks like a resistor that may be faulty. Remove it from the circuit and try it then. Simply pull the wire off at thermostat, pull that out of the sleeve by disconnecting it from the female spade connector, then put female spade where it used to be on thermostat terminal. If it works, buy a new thermal cut-off. If all that is done and tried, and still doesn't light, replace module.

Vacuum valve leaking water

Question is unclear.
What is a vacuum valve?
You posted under electric water heater.
Water heaters are associated with TP or 'safety overflow' valve, water shut-off valve, tank drain valve, pressure-regulating valve, mixing valve and possibly a few other plumbing valves.
Vacuum valve implies that a compressor is creating pressure on one line while creating vacuum on another line. I don't know of a water heater that uses air compressor.

I have an Atwood 6 gallon water heater with electronic ignition that works well, but after running a while my vapor sensor in the RV goes off. By process of elimination we have determined it is the water...

Obviously something ( propane or carbon monoxide ) is leaking inside the unit either while water heater is running or after. I hope I don't need to warn you how dangerous this can be, and that you should have it checked by a qualified technician A.S.A.P. , and propane should be shut off until such.
With that said, 3 things come to mind that should be inspected or considered. Look at where propane line comes through housing of water heater and attaches to gas valve. There should be a rubber grommet in the hole and it should be air tight so as not to allow any fumes or gas to enter back inside trailer. If it's not air tight, use a silicone type sealant and seal it good at that location. Another thing I would look for is any window or opening above water heater that may be allowing fumes or gas to enter inside trailer. Next, I would take a spray bottle, fill it with water and squirt some liquid dish soap in and mix it to test for leaks around all fittings at water heater, and especially spray orifice where gas comes out of valve and enters burner tube, when heater is off, to see if any bubbles form at end of that orifice, which would indicate a leaking gas valve. Again, I urge you to have it checked by an experienced technician for the safety of yourself as well as your family and friends.

My Bosch Axxis washing machine is about 6 years used to work very well (motor is absolutely new and electronic water valves as well).from advice i got a few months ago from a maintenance person...

In my experience a lot of these electronically controlled appliances the electronic control do go out. They are supposed to last forever because electronic do not have moving parts. The way I look at the main reason most appliance today has electronic controls should be so that the controls will last longer. It seem to me they just do it for marketting purpose. After all if appliances lasted forever they would go out of business.

The pump has pressure applied, but no spry comes out.

These sprayers get rust in spray handle, they taking apart and lubing sprayer. If you leave chemicals in tank you will ruin the spray handle.

Drain valve on air compressor won't open or close

I would use an ajustable wrenck to try and open the valve. Being at the bottom and in the water, this is a common occurrence. to replace the valve, there is a Hex nut outer fitting (part of the valve) that you have to remove right by the valve "T" handle. Put a wrench on this and remove the complete valve. It too will be very hard to remove. When you install the new valve, use some anti-seize compound to make future removal easier.
