Cant. Have to factory restore it. This is done by holding home button, power button and volume up button at the same time while device is off. Operate with volume keys and power button for select. Back up everything on

option 1: While the power is turned off hold the power button and up volume button by pressing them. Keep holding them until something appears on the screen. Then release and you should be given the option to erase all the data from the Kocaso tablet
option 2: there should be a tiny pinhole sized button on the back of the device. stick a clutch-pencil tip (or a pin) into it to reset it

The reason you cannot do this is because the Kocaso M736 does not have a back camera on it. I know this because i went through the same thing as you when i got my Kocaso M736.
