Your buttons are pressed down, you possibly need a new DS. I suggest you press them rapidly and try and see if it works.

Try moving them about and see if they come up or get a safety pin and use that to try and get the buttons up.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Blue and red lines on my action replay for DS lite

First turn your DS off.
While the DS is off, press A and B at the same time. While still holding, turn the DS on. Then when the Nintendo DS logo appears, press Start and Select at the same time, aswell as A and B. Hold those 4 buttons down for about 20-30 seconds. Then while STILL holding down those 4 buttons, turn the DS off. Turn it back on with no buttons pushed.

Action Replay DS

All you need to do is, when you have those blue and red lines, means the codes are corrupted. To fix this, you will have to reset the Action Replay. To do that, you need to do this:

1. Hold down the A and B buttons before turning the console on.
2. Turn the Ds on while still holding the A and B, but when the health and safety screen comes up, hold down Start and Select too, so you now have 4 buttons held down.
3. Keep holding all 4 down until the main screen of the Action Replay appears. You'll have no games, which is no worry now because you can hook it up to the computer and update your AR with all the games again.

Hope this helps!

Search for audio enhancement

Press and hold the On/Off button until the blue light flashes, then search for your headset. This is to initiate the headset for pairing, otherwise it hides from other phones to prevent unintended pairing.
