Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
To all who said HP service is great. That is exactly what I said when my laptop was fixed for free. 6 Months later it died in action. The screen froze on. I turned it off and all I get now is the blue power light. This has actually happened twice. LAst week it did it, then a couple days later it started up just fine. That lasted a couple days then it dies again. HP will only warrentee the repair for 90 days, and I suspect my problem is related to the repair. Too bad. I had an old HP that was bulletproof in the 90's. Still works fine. What happened to their product?
I feel for you. HP makes a crummy product. That is why I never sell them anymore. Plus, as I do some warranty work for them, I get to see the problems up close. Their tech support usually sucks as well.
