Question about ViewSonic VX910 19" LCD Monitor
My ViewSonic VX910 monitor appears to have power supply issue. The power light comes on for less than 1/2 sec, then goes off for about 1 sec, then just flashes green. If you play with the switch and the A/C plug sometimes you can get it to operate correctly.
Your monitor have a bad condensator in the PSU.
The only thing to do is to replace the Power Supply Unit (very expensive, more than a new monitor) or if you have electronic tools, found and replace that condensator.(cheaper way...)
Have you connected your monitor with a new power cord ?

try running the self test on the monitor
turn off the system disconnect the data cable from the tower and connect only the power cable to the monitor and trun on the monitor if you see colour full bars then the monitor is ok then try to go BIOS and see if the monitor is working
