Question about Dell Dimension 8400 PC Desktop
Could be several issues.
www.java.com Ensure you have most current version.
www.adobe.com Ensure Flash Player and Shockwave player are up to date
In Internet Explorer, check the add-ins and try disabling ones that are not needed (Java and Flash are needed)
Start run, MSCONFIG, OK Edit the startup group, make sure that only needed entries are listed (Antivirus and Printer/Scanner drivers are just about all that are required
