OK, not a HVAC tech, but own construction company...so yes, cleaned, drained, checked circuits and inside connections look good (used spec electronic cleaner on main & connects)

Check the plug reset switch. Sometimes they are bad. If you have a meter test where the wires connect to the unit. You should get a reading of 120vac. If you don't get this reading, its the plug. If you do its going to be a capacitor. The capacitor will be small because its a small unit.

Clean the cpn14xc9

I think you are asking how to clean the coils on this unit. I would not advise taking it apart unless you really know what you are doing. If the coils are dirty just buy a good can of coil cleaner spray. Let sit for a while and brush the coils with a soft bristle brush. Tooth brush works good. Don't be forceful and bend the fins, it will restrict the air flow and reduce the efficiency of the unit. After you clean it with the spray and brush spray with warm water to remove the remaining coil cleaner from the coils. You may need to repeat this process more than once. Good luck, hope I helped you.

Instal heat pump

Clean the coil if possible if not call a tech, pour water down the drain or drizzle it on the face of the coil and see if it drains or overfills the drain pan, you should schedule a professional cleaning in any case.

Unit is off and displays blinking stop and won't come on...

My unit shut down in the middle of the night and had the blinking STOP on a dark screen, would beep 10 times when plugged in aswell. I set the unit on top of a pan and opened the bottom water drain plug. After draining alot of water out the unit allowed itself to be turned back on again. Guess its either extremely humid or the dual hose setup doesn't evaporate the water as fast as they made out. Anyways, I haven't found anyone else post this so I hope this helps someone out there.

Our 2008 dodge charger wont start,and the radio wont work,checked all fuses/circuit breakers/relays,all good,but it still won't start-cam somebody-PLEASE help me???

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

2001 dodge stratus clutch wont turn on

i presume it was recharged by a certified hvac tech, then take it back that should still be under warranty, otherwise check your a/c relay hvac /fan fuse control circuit, with car engine turned off switch on ignition, but dont start, you should hear a click from the clutch magnet on the compressor, and if possible check for 12volts d.c. at clutch wires lack of voltage wont let comp operate, then it needs to be diagnosed from clutch back thru to fuse/relay panel

Yes, most likely. Locate drain tube under vehicle on that side and clean it out.
