if your computer came with a disk the sound drivers could be on it control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make the necessary adjustmentsthere or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound,could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers hope this helps
then windows 7 has no driver for the device download the latest device driver that support win 7 operating system, if there is no device driver for win 7 then you should have to wait until the manufacturer releases a driver for win 7
