CAN I PROGRAM MY CABLE REMOTE TO RUN MY TRUTECH DVD PLAYER?

CAN I PROGRAM MY CABLE REMOTE TO RUN MY TRUTECH DVD PLAYER MODEL #TS9300?

I bought this dvd player as a display at Target and there was no remote. I have time warner cable with a dvr but I am not sure how or if I can program it to the remote. Or any other options would be great!
