Have a Maytag Neptune front loader washer and the door won't unlock. Have tried unplugging and replugging. Paused and let wait etc. Have load of wet clothes inside because when we started the washer the "do" signal came up and wouldn't let us open door. Help

look under the soap dispensor at the front edge you should see a green plastic wire that unlocks the door
