Question about Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution
I've been using the MX 5500 keyboard for a while now with no problem. But all of a sudden I have a couple of buttons that do not seem to work. The down arrow key and the left CTRL keys don't seem to register. These are the only ones I've noticed so far. I've cleaned the keyboard with air and tried reconnecting it. No luck so far. Any ideas?
Sorry to inform you but the keyboard needs repair. I've been a wireless keyboards and mice user for years. I've been to this problem before. First I thought it was just the battery or the wireless dongle, until I sent the keyboard to the manufacturer for repair.
I would suggest to contact the manufacturer for repair if the keyboard is still under the warranty.
