You have a component that has failed. You have two options. Option 1 is locate the beep codes either online or in your manual and fix what those beeps tell you is the problem. Option two is reseat every component you can - memory, cables, any cards in the motherboard. Blow the dust out of the case with some canned air.

No start up and continuous repeated long beeps?

Hello

Here are the bios beep codes:

1 long, 2 short
Video adapter error
Either video adapter is bad or is not seated properly. Also, check to ensure the monitor cable is connected properly.

Repeating (endless loop)
Memory error
Check for improperly seated or missing memory.

1long, 3short
No video card or bad video RAM
Reseat or replace the video card.

High frequency beeeps while running
Overheated CPU
Check the CPU fan for proper operation. Check the case for proper air flow.

Repeating High/Low
CPU
Either the CPU is not seated properly or the CPU is damaged. May also be due to excess heat. Check the CPU fan or BIOS settings for proper fan speed.

Check computer beeps and act according to suggestion

Hope it helps if so do rate the solution

E-machines won't start
is there an orange light on the on/off button? if there is that means *********** board just went bad, check the capacitors. Capacitors are an inexpensive little component on a PC motherboard, but they can be a costly headache for manufacturers when a whole bunch of them go bad
you can not always detect them but check and see common in a few dell models but the high speed on the fan tells me that's what it is

Constant beeping

I would first check that all the fans are turning when you first power it up. It may have fan speed sensors on them, and one or more fans aren't coming up to speed. I would check the CPU fan(s), as they are usually smaller, and tend to go bad before the other larger ones.
