Virginmedia email Why can I no longer access virgin media emails it has always come up already signed in to my account but no longer does so and I cannot get at me emails

i can sign into my email.. but cant get my emails.. it tells me how many emails i have but freezes up and says that it's not responding.. but i can check emails on a different yahoo email account without any problems???

go here and in the bottom of the sign in box, it says, "dont have a yahoo id? siging up is easy" then theres a "click here" where you click to sign up!
