I have already tried a hard reset. And i can't undo any changes because the phone is no longer being detected by the device manager. What can I do
Pls help what to do on my curve 8320. i get a white screen with a message : "app error 523" and prompting me to reset. Nothing works. What should i do?

On the BlackBerry smartphone, the following error message appears after pressing the mute button, accessing an application, or performing a hard reset:
523 app. error. Reset.
To resolve this issue, the BlackBerry Device software will have to be reloaded.
Note: The BlackBerry smartphone will not show a Connected state in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Please proceed to open and run the Application Loader.
