We do listen very carefully to feedback like yours and implement that in our newer models. If you are looking for an upgrade, take a look at our FloorMate Deluxe: http://bit.ly/1sLrS5x. Hi Kerri. I'm sorry to hear about the continual spray with your machine.
You may want to remove the handle, then reinstall making sure the screw is going in perfectly straight. If the machine continues to spray, you may need to have a qualified technician at one or our Authorized Service Centers inspect your machine.

The most common reason for this is that the air driven turbine has failed. To test it, insert a screwdriver into the square hole that the brush pin normally fits into and see if it turns. If it does not turn, the turbine assembly will need to be replaced. To prevent failure in the future, always store the shampooer with the upper tank removed, and squeeze the trigger to thoroughly empty the soap solution from the machine.
you almost have to open up the unit and follow the hoses from the handle into the base.fill it with solution and turn on pull triger.hold the triger in and turn off the unit keeping the triger pulled.turn off and start it up and try again.if it don't spray you might have a bad pump.open up the unit and see if all the hoses are hooke up.there should be a plug on the handle .is it plugged in.please leave feedback.i hope i was some help to you...pet
The 3 adjustment screws are Idle, high and low.
First figure out which screws are which adjustment. Tighten the screws then turn them 1 full turn.
Then start the saw and get it warmed up. Work on the high adjustment. This does take a little while. after you get the saw running at high speed work on the low speed.
if the steamer still functions... use some glue that would be resistant to heat and works on plastic... i'm drawing a blank at the moment as to what glue would work. actually when i read that again... it broke it's can... you mean cannister ?
