Best bet is to contact the manufacturer or get a hold of the schematic for the control board.

If unsuccessful you may be able to buy a replacement on the cheap on ebay and get parts.

A blown thyristor will take out the fuse as a result of faulty rectifier diodes and or capacitors. Have it look at by a tech.

you can order it on internet either asking the electronic companies, i tried that years ago found in usa a company which gave me a direction of a ic production company of tailand - ad the end it leaded again to a company near tepic where everybody were looking for .and here we go just right on front of the electronical ingeneur which said here in the whole country is nothing.

By the time you order the new MOSFET and other parts it may end up more han $35, just a suggestion.

It depends on the model. The 2300 series using a mechanical mirror on the cartridge itself. A tab needs to be moved the mirror slid back to home. The 2400 series & newer uses an IC that you need to replace. when you buy your toner to refill the cartridge make sure you get the IC with it. Russell
