Hi there,

Sound like your unit may have a refrigerant leak and has lost pressure may just need to have it recharged. outside things are work as they should but without the proper pressure it will not cool down inside.

Good Luck!!
Thanks

Electric heater blows cool air unless i turn the thremostat up at least 5 degrees higher then it goes to high and blows warm air

If it's "dual fuel" like heat pump with gas heat, the heat on the heat-pump side won't "feel" warm in the extreme temperatures we've seen in much of the country lately.....2nd stage gas will feel MUCH warmer. If purely electric, 1st stage heat may be off due to a manually resettable high limit switch/ bad heat contactor (giant relay), or a misapplied or defective thermostat. NOTE: if somebody recently painted OR wallpapered, AND it's a mercury-bulb T-stat, It HAS to be level and the connections must be tight!

My central air conditioner wont blow out cool air and wont blow enough to cool the house what could be the problem?

Check the Filter 1st, that might lead you to find either a frozen coil.If neither of those things
are the problem, check to make sure the blower is operating.

Central air conditioning system is blowing warm air.

many, many. Is the outside unit running? If it is, is the compressor running? Feel the refrigerant lines leaving the unit. Little one should be warm. Big one should be cold, probably sweating.

Why would cool air be blowing out of my central ac unit condensor that sits outside? The other unit I have next to it blows out warm air and responds well to thermostat changes. The unit blowing cool air...

It probably has a low refrigerant charge. The air coming out of the outside unit should be warmer than the outdoor temperature when in the cooling mode and if it's a heat pump it should be colder than the outdoor temperature in the the heating mode. Check the big line going to the unit, it should be somewhere around the 40 F range and the small line should be hot.

Central air system blows cool air not cold and

your indoor unit is only circulating the air in the house. for your condensing unit. check your breaker in the electric panel. your contactor or your capacitor.
