Question about Skype IM
Talking about Netbooks, most of it's kind is installed with a Win7 Starter Edition. You just can do less with that OS, sad to say but in order for you to use your camera in skype you need to upgrade its drivers, and for you to upgrade the drivers for the camera, you need to install you own copy of Win7 OS any version will do, Home Premium, Professional, Business or Ultimate just get rid of that Win7 Starter edition first. We have available drivers for your camera on consumersupport.lenovo.com
