We have a Polycom 2201-00106-001 H9 and we are following the instructions that Inter-tel/Mitel gave us for initiating a conference call from the Polycom, but they do not work. We can get the first caller on the line, can press flash and 8 followed by the 2nd caller's number but cannot link both calls togeter so all 3 of us are together. Caller 2 always seems to get disconnected but after pressing flash a few more times, the first caller returns. Any thoughts?
