No need to remove plugs, really no need to do anything to it but add fuel stabilizer, remove battery, spray engine down with some WD40 and make sure you blow all the water out of the exhaust system.
have you had the intercooler checked for leaking water into the intake ? easy check , remove the intake from intercooler and see if any water comes out whilst running up ! check supercharger washers are not slipping also !
check intercooler isnt leaking water into the intake and check the supercharger washers ! remove it and see if the cog slips between the washers , if they have not been changed to the new type then do this anyway as the old type break up and then the engine has to be stripped !!
