The cd it comes with does not work
All you need to do is copy and paste the music files you want into the AUDIO folder of Removable disk:F, which should be accesed by going into My Computer and then opening Removeable disk F, where you should see the AUDIO folder along with the other folders of the ematic;if u dont see an AUDIO folder, make one
the CD is just for uploading videos onto the ematic mp3

To do this you will need the software that came along with the player.
Like for Ipod you get itunes.
Install that software & plug the player when you are prompted.
Then it will detect the player.
And then select the tracks which you want to transfer to your player.
It will be done.
Mp3 rocket is a software to download the music.
I've never used mp3 rocket to transfer before but if you have all your songs in a folder you can go to itunes and click on File and add folder to library.
Then you look for the folder with all your mp3 files and click on it and select OK.
Hope it helps.
If you want the instructions in sing the itunes i can give.
Just ask me.

I have a phillips go gear. If you have the songs in mp3, simply plug in your go gear using the usb cable provided, a screen will apear confirming that your go gear has been recognised asking you what you want to do click on open folder option.
Now you just need to drag your mp3 into that folder and there you go, music transfered
