Try using your phone's dialpad while not in a call to see if all the buttons and numbers respond. If they do not, then there may be an issue with the touch digitizer on your phone, and it will need replaced or repaired.
A unique workaround may be to purchase a bluetooth keyboard and pair it with your phone and press the numbers on the bluetooth keyboard instead of on your phone screen.

you go to your inbox... then clikc options and you can either click delete to delete the selected one delete all to delete all of your messages or multi delete where you can check off numbers of messges at a time without deleting all of them

To enter voicemail, press the Voice Message Key, the pass code will be set in default to 0000. Your mailbox will not function properly until you have put your voice message on. To do this, press option 0, followed by 5 followed by 7. When you have got the message you require press the #. If you regularly change your voicemail message, you must press 3, delete the original message and reset the message followed by the #.
