Fixed Mine!!!!
My Home theatre started to do the same thing today and I manged to get it going again by reseting the ratings password and changing the batteries in my remote. Oddly enough, I have never set a ratings password so I suspect the batteries caused the issue. Seems to be back to normal. Instructions for the reset are in the manual. Here's a link to the online one at Panasonics website http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/SAHT730.PDF

I had a jammed disc that was causing this same error message. To remove the jammed disc, remove the top by removing the screws and then you can remove the stuck/jammed discs. For the Panasonic SC-PT750 there are 7 screws, three small silver ones on the back, then 4 black ones, two on each side, all philips head. Once you have that off, gently pry it off starting from the back, the cover is actually hinged into the front plastic piece of the player.

Most F61 code failures are caused by a defective output ic.If all speakers are disconnected and F61 still comes up the IC is 100% bad.Needs to be serviced. Not an issue that can be fixed by homeowner.

Check your speaker and sub connections. When they are not imputed correctly the system will shut off.

I had the same problem it took four or five e-mails to find the fans
I found them at the site below
www.pstc.panasonic.com/Epartr/PartsDone.asp
P/N. L6FAJCCH0007 FAN MOTOR (THIS IS THE REAR FAN)
P/N. L6FAYYH0001 FAN UNIT (THIS IS THE SIDE FAN)
Hope this helps
