Adjusting the Hand Brake is quite easy

no Bluetooth my friend I bet needs a update on the stereo...manufacturer only can do this via diagnostics. what happens is your phone is running 2.3 Bluetooth and your car prob running 1.2 which obviously causes mismatch or no connect at all...

e51 does not work with parrot ck3100

Some Bluetooth devices got different pin code or pass code, but most Bluetooth devices uses 0000 and 1234.

Both my 3GS and iPhone 4 connect to my aftermarket bluetooth headset in my car. The phones can then play music wirelessly into my stereo or be used for hands free calls.

Try deleting all paired device from the parrot and your phone, remove battery from you phone to reset it. Then follow below instructions from Parrot.
Pairing Devices: ** From your car kit:
** Select SETTINGS / ADVANCED SETTINGS / PAIR WITH PHONE / OTHER PHONES

* From the phone:
* Select MENU / SETTINGS / BLUETOOTH / MY DEVICES / SEARCH NEW DEVICE
* The phone will search for available devices
* Select CK3100 from the list of available devices and enter PIN code \"1234\"
* Phone and CK3100 are now paired. Wait for auto connection
