Question about Acer Extensa EX5620-4428 NoteBook Intel Pentium dual-core T2390(1.86GHz) 15.4' Wide XGA 3GB Memory D... (LX.EAQ0X.006)
Try to do what you are doing in safe mode. At bot time... hit F% repeatedly until you see a menu with "Safe mode ". choose that and hit enter. Now enter as you normally would but with a usr that has Admin rights on it. Once you are in try to d the system recovery or even better try to see if you can remove the software that is causing the headache. some software are actual viruses.
Run a system scan in there and see if you can eliminate the virus yourself.
