Question about Durabrand Portable DVD
We have a dual portable dvd player. Purchased it a couple of months ago and was working fine and now I cannot get the door to stay closed. It is very frustrated because it is so new and now we cannot use it because it keeps saying the door is open??
I had the same problem after a while, but it was out of warranty and the store no longer carried that model, so I use a good chip clip to put pressure where the player's hook closes and indicates to the computer if it is open or closed.

You should take it back where you bought it and exchange it for another one.
