Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
I dropped my son's PS3 on to a hard wood floor from about a foot up. It was not dropped at an angle or on its side, just straight down. It doesn't appear that anything is loose inside because there are no rattles. Now when he powers it up, the green light comes on normally, there are no weird sounds or anything, but the TV does not read the signal. He has already disconnected and reconnected everything to make sure all connections are tight. Any ideas? Thanks...

Anytime something electronic is dropped its usually a cracked board that is the result which is why your ps3 now is acting crazy doing weird things.
I personally think its a goner cause the board probably has hairline cracks in it and that will affect how the system runs.
