Question about Epson Stylus Pro 10000 InkJet Printer
I turned on my EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX685 to print and it came up with the following error message: "A printer error has occurred. Please turn off printer, then on again. Please see your documentation" I have turned off and on and it sounds like it normally does when warming up and then the same error message come up. Is there anything I need to do to make it work. I know the ink is not low as I replaced about a month ago and has been working fine since. Is there some sort of factory reset that I can do??
